- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok add the onion, chillies, garlic, celery, bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or till the onions turn light brown, add the salt, pepper and sugar. add the beansprouts, cooked rice and soy sauce.
