1 cup peeled garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup peeled and roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt

  1. Combine all the ingredient in the mixer and blend till smooth, without using any water.
  2. Transfer the mixture in an air-tight container, and store it in the refrigerator upto 1 week.

Handy tip:

  1. If you want to store it for longer period, store it in the deep freezer, upto two months.
