Grape Lassi

Black grapes blend very well with curds and also provide lots of fibre. Lassi is an excellent thirst quencher during the summers. Remember to use fresh low fat curds and really sweet grapes for this refreshing drink.

2 cups black grapes
1 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi)
1 cup low fat milk
4 tsp sugar
ice-cubes, to serve

    Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser.
  2. Pour into individual glasses, top with ice cubes and serve chilled.
