This is a unique variation of using Karela. I was skeptical as to how the Muthias would taste when I read the recipe but I had Karela and so decided to prepare the recipe. However it was a bit bitter, everyone enjoyed the Muthias with Green chutney.

These steamed Karela Muthias are simply delicious... with a slight lingering after taste of Karela.... which to my surprise is quite pleasant... ad using jowar flour was a great idea as you dont even feel the difference.... I think this is a great evening snack..
