Magic Malar recipe - How to make Magic Malar
- Fry 1 1/2 cups of fluffed rice in a kadai for 5 minutes[ no oil ]
- Add this to a ltr of boiled cooled water .
- Keep over night or minimum for 10 hrs.
- Filter the water and drink as needed.
- This water lasts only for a day .
- A tsp of sugar can be added for taste.
- This recipe prevents vomiting and nausia completely.
