Mutter Chaat recipe - How to make Mutter Chaat
- Heat oil in a pan and fry jeera and hing.
- Add the peas/chickpeas alongwith all the other ingredients- do keep aside a little onion, green chilies, chutney, yogurt and coriander.
- Continue cooking until all ingredients are mixed and heated.
- Mix in all the saved ingredients and adjust seasonings- especially chaat masala.
