Add the bulgur wheat and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain.Refresh the cooked dalia with cold water and again drain well. Keep aside.For the dressingIn a bowl combine extra virgin olive oil or olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic and sea salt.Whisk the dressing thoroughly with a hand whisk.
