For Palak Raita
1/2 cup chopped spinach (palak)
1 1/2 cups thick fresh curd (dahi) , whisked
salt to taste
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 pinches sugar
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste


For palak raita

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}palak raita{/span}, combine the curds, salt, green chillies, sugar, black pepper powder and chopped spinach and mix well.
