1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup cucumber cubes
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp roasted and coarsely powdered chana dal (daria)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
6 cherry tomatoes halves
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
