Ingredients


To Be Mixed Into A Potato Stuffing
1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup finely chopped green capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste

Other Ingredients For Potato Corn Disc
40 potato crackers
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3/4 cup aloo bhujia sev

Method

For potato corn disc

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}potato corn disc{/span}, place 2 crackers on a clean, dry surface.
  2. Apply 1½ tsp of potato stuffing over one cracker.
  3. Close it using another cracker.
  4. Apply little tomato ketchup on the edges and finally roll in aloo bhujia sev.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to make 19 more disc.
  6. Serve the {span class="bold1"}potato corn disc{/span} immediately.
