Method- In a bowl add all ingredients except oil.
- Add little amount of water and mix to form a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, take the batter and slowly dip in the oil.
- Fry until golden brown and drain on a paper towel. Repeat in small batches.
- Serve with ketchup.
