(cottage cheese)1/4 cup boiled and crushed green peas1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 tsp green chilli paste salt to tasteOther Ingredients maize flour (makai ka atta) for rolling oil for cooking Method For the doughFor the doughCombine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.Knead again using a little oil till it is smooth.
