Main Procedure- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and green chillies and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the dill leaves and salt and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add the rice and toss gently and cook for a few more minutes.
