Ingredients

2 cups boiled mixed sprouts
1 1/2 cups whisked curds (dahi)
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup khajur imli ki chutney
2 1/2 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

  2. Serve immediately garnished with coriander.

This chaat is much more healthier than any other chaat. The combination of mixed sprouts along with curds, chutneys and crunchy vegetables is surely a hit everytime I make it for my family.
