8 bread slices

To Be Ground Into A Coarse Paste
1/2 cup chopped celery (ajmoda)
1 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup soft butter
a pinch of salt

  1. Place the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and apply a little paste evenly on each bread slice.
  2. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 to 20 minutes or till the toasts are evenly crisp.
  3. Serve immediately.
