Cool completely and serve or store in an air-tight container.

  9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 20 minutes, turn the strips once after 10 minutes.
  10. This is how the cheese straws look after 10 minutes of baking.
  11. Turn the straws over with a pair of tongs.
