Soaking garlic cloves is hot water makes it easier to peel them. Make this chutney in large quantities. It stays well refrigerated for upto two weeks.

1/2 cup chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste using ½ cup of water.
  2. Use as required or refrigerate in an air-tight container.

Add fresh coriander leaves for more taste! It would also serve as a good accompaniment with Upma. Mix it with dahi...it will taste yummier!!

Love this recipe., it was yummy and all just loved it
