The Malai Paneer Mixed Herb Balls is one of the fastest and easiest starters you can think of! Just make a dough of malai paneer, shape it into balls and roll in dried mixed herbs. Can you think of anything easier than this?

Not only does this cold starter have a magical melt-in-the-mouth texture, it also has an exciting taste because the paneer absorbs the flavour of the topping very well. Loaded with good fat, this recipe can also be enjoyed as a snack.

Malai Paneer Mixed Herb Balls can be eaten immediately or stored in an air-tight container for seven days.

Great healthy snack to have. Malai paneer has the good fats and protein. I eat 2 to 3 of these balls when hungry and that keeps me going for long.
