Cheese is melted over the corn chips and heated quickly in the oven to make nachos. Guests pull out individual chips to eat with their fingers.

Ingredients


2 1/4 to 3 cups corn chips
3/4 cup grated cooking cheese
2 tbsp milk
sliced Pickled Jalapenos

Method
    Method
  1. Mix the cheese, milk and 1 tablespoon of water and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
  2. Arrange the corn chips on a plate and spread the melted cheese on top.
  3. Spread a few pickle jalapenos on top. Grill for a few minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  4. Serve hot.
