1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese), salt to taste, 1 tbsp grated garlic (lehsun), 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 5 tbsp plain flour (maida), 3/4 cup crushed papad and oil for deep-frying.

Take approx. 7 medium sized papads.

Crush them in small pieces with your hands. We need 3/4 cup crushed papad.

Take 5 tbsp plain flour (maida) in a bowl.
