  8. Blend the bread mixture till smooth.
  9. Check the consistency of the batter of instant bread dosa. Add water accordingly to get a pouring consistency dosa batter. If the batter is too thin, it will surely stick to the pan and form limpy dosa. In that case, add 1-2 tbsp of rice flour to the batter.
