Show me for servings Ingredients For the spaghetti100 gms boiled spaghetti or Boiled Noodles2 tbsp butter salt to tasteFor the tomato gravy1 1/2 kgs big red tomatoes4 tsp sugar (approx.)1 tsp chilli powder3 tbsp baked beans in tomato gravy3 tbsp fresh cream salt to tasteFor the cheese balls150 gms paneer2 bread slices3 tbsp curds (dahi)1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)3 chopped green chillies4 tbsp plain flour (maida)1/4 tsp soda bi-carb salt to taste ghee for deep fryingFor the garnishing potato wafersOther ingredients butter grated processed cheese Method MethodFor the spaghettiFor the spaghettiHeat the butter, add the spaghetti and salt and cook for 1 minute.Keep warm.For the tomato gravyFor the tomato gravyCut the tomatoes into big pieces, add 1 tablespoon of water and cook. When cooked, prepare a thick soup by passing through a sieve. Add the sugar, salt and chilli powder and boil for at least 10 minutes.Add the baked beans and cream.For the cheese ballsFor the cheese ballsSoak the bread slices in the curds for 10 minutes.Crumble the paneer and knead very well.Add the soaked bread slices, coriander, green chillies, flour, soda bi-carb and salt.Mix very well and shape into small balls.Deep fry in ghee.How to serveHow to servePut the spaghetti in the centre of individual sizzler plates and pour the tomato gravy on top.Surround the spaghetti with a ring of cheese balls and an outer ring of potato chips.Put each sizzler plate on the flame. When heated, sprinkle a little water and a knob of butter and allow to sizzle. Repeat for the remaining plates. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve immediately.
