हिन्दी में पढ़ें (Indian Sizzler in Hindi) Indian Sizzler recipe - How to make Indian Sizzler Tags SizzlersOne Meal DinnerSauteSizzler PartyNon-stick PanSizzler tray Preparation Time: 30 mins   Cooking Time: 30 mins   Total Time: 601 hours    4Makes 4 serves Show me for serves Ingredients For The Cutlets1 cup soaked , boiled and mashed chawli1/4 cup grated cabbage1/4 cup finely chopped onions1 tsp finely chopped green chillies2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp garam masala salt to taste2 1/4 tsp oil for greasing and cookingFor The Moong Mixture3/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)1 tsp oil1/2 cup finely chopped onions1 cup finely chopped tomatoes1 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp garam masala salt to tasteTo Be Mixed Into A Vegetable Mixture1 1/2 cups chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (french beans , carrot and cauliflower) salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to tasteOther Ingredients1 cup tomato gravy Method For the cutletsFor the cutletsCombine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) diameter round, flat cutlets.Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp of oil.Cook each cutlet, using ¼ tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Keep aside.For the moong mixtureFor the moong mixtureHeat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Add the sprouted moong, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and 1 cup of water and mix well.
