Chilli Dip recipe - How to make Chilli Dip
Method- Deseed the red chillies and soak them in enough lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Drain well.
- Combine all the ingredients including the red chillies and blend in a mixer to a fine paste without using any water.
- Serve with chips of your choice.
