Crispy Jeera Aloo recipe - How to make Crispy Jeera Aloo
Method- Heat the butter in a broad pan, add the cumin seeds and sesame seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, garlic, ginger and green chillies, mix well and saute on a medium flame for a minute or two.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add potatoes and coriander, mix well and cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, till the potatoes becomes soft.
- Serve hot.
