Ingredients


For Eggless Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp roasted and chopped almonds (badam) and walnuts (akhrot)
1/2 cup soft butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp chocolate chips for topping

Method

For eggless oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

  1. {span class="bold1"}eggless oatmeal chocolate chip cookies{/span}, combine the butter and brown sugar in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk till light and fluffy.
  2. Add the whole wheat flour, oats, dark chocolate, mixed nuts, orange juice and vanilla essence. And mix well using a spatula.
  3. Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions and roll each portions.
  4. Place them on a lined baking tray and press each cookie lightly.
  5. Put little chocolate chips evenly over each cookie.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°c (360° f) for 15 minutes.
