10 tbsp custard sauce

For The Pineapple-coconut Filling
3/4 cup finely chopped canned pineapple
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Divide the filling into 5 equal portions and keep aside.

  1. Place a crêpe on a clean dry surface, put a portion of the pineapple-coconut filling on one side of the crêpe
  2. Tightly roll the crepe up.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 4 more crêpes.
  4. Place the crêpes on a serving plate and drizzle 2 tbsp of the warm custard sauce over it.
  5. Serve immediately.
