Method- Heat the ghee in a small pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, cashew and raisins and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add this tempering to the curds and mix well.
- Add the salt, sugar, cucumber and coriander and peanut powder and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
