1 1/2 cups beaten fresh curd (dahi)
1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste
