For Kaddu ka Raita
2 cups finely chopped red pumpkin (bhopla / kaddu)
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 1/2 cups whisked curds (dahi)
2 tbsp milk
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
2 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
