Ingredients

1 medium sized cauliflower
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp cornflour
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 chopped green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 1/2 tbsp ginger (adrak) paste
1/4 tsp m.s.g (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 to 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine plain flour, corn flour, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste and salt in a deep bowl, add water and mix well to make a semi-thick batter.
  2. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in another pan and add the remaining ginger and garlic paste, chopped onions and green chillies and stir-fry.
  4. Add ajinomoto, soya sauce and tomato ketchup, mix well.
  5. Add fried cauliflower and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately garnish with coriander.
