Keep aside.For the riceHeat the oil in a non-stick tava (griddle), add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the green chilli paste, spinach, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.Add the rice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Keep aside.How to proceedFill the rice in a glass bowl and demould on a plate.Serve hot with coconut sauce.
