Kala Channa Curry recipe - How to make Kala Channa Curry
Method- Pressure cook the chana in salted water for 4 to 5 whistles or till cooked.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and saute till the paste turns golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add all the masalas, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the channa and enough water and salt, mix well and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with parathas or rice.
