Ingredients


For Macaroni In A Hurry
1 1/2 cups boiled macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated processed cheese

Method

For macaroni in a hurry

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}macaroni in hurry{/span}, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the capsicum and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the tomato ketchup, chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the milk, cheese and macaroni, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the {span class="bold1"}macaroni in hurry{/span} immediately.
