  1. Heat the oil in a wok or a deep- non-stick kadhai on a high flame, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for another minute.
  3. Add the carrots and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bean sprouts and saute on a medium flame for 1 more minute.
  5. Add the lemon juice, chilli powder, sugar, soya sauce and peanuts, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the salt and paneer, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  7. Add the noodles, toss gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve immediately garnished with peanuts and spring onion greens.

I used rice flat noodles in this receipe taste is awsome and add mushrooms not paneer and use all masala especially chilli powder little more thank u for the great receipe and last while toss up I use wooden flat spectula it ease my mixing in the end
