Matar ki Kheer recipe - How to make Matar ki Kheer
Method- Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the green peas paste and saute for 5 minutes.
- Keep aside.
- Boil the milk in another deep pan and to the peas, mix well and boil together for 15-20 minutes or till the milk reduces to half.
- Add the sugar,cardamom powder,raisins,and pistachios, mix well and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame, while stirring continuously.
- Serve hot or chilled.
