  3. Make the flame low and let the milk simmer slowly till it starts gettting thick. It took us 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Add 5 tbsp sugar. You can increase or decrease the sugar based on the sweetness you want.
  5. Cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes while stirring to prevent the milk from burning.
  6. Add 1 tbls chopped almonds.

  12. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes until the paneer is cooked. NOTE. Taste a spoon of the paneer kheer to test the sugar and see if the paneer is cooked. You don't want a raw taste of paneer. Also remember to keep stirring while cooking at this stage.
