Recipe Description for Mini Pizza Topped with Olive, Jalapeno and Cherry Tomato

Ingredients

12 mini pizza base
3/4 tsp olive oil for greasing and drizzling

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
1/4 cup cherry tomato halves
1 cup grated processed cheese
2 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste

Method

Grease a baking tray with ¼ tsp of olive oil and place the mini pizza bases on it.
Spread a little of the prepared topping over each pizza base. Drizzle ½ tsp olive oil evenly over the mini pizzas.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 12 to 15 minutes or till the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
