Ingredients

3/4 cup chilled sliced bananas
1 cup chilled finely chopped apples
1/4 cup chilled sliced green grapes
1/2 cup chilled canned chopped pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 cups cooked rice
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tbsp fresh cream

  1. Combine the bananas, apples, grapes, pineapple, lemon juice, walnuts, coconut, rice and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the prepared dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
