In this recipe, we have made 3 small glasses (1 cup) which is 3 servings. While there isn’t much restriction on the amount of Neem Juice to be consumed, on a daily basis even ¼ cup of Neem Juice can also prove to be beneficial.

Yes, Neem Juice is slightly bitter. But the taste can be developed, that’s also a fact. But to make it more flavourful, you can add a few drops of lemon juice or ginger juice. However do not add sugar to it. Sugar is empty calories. It counter-effects the health benefits of Neem Juice.
How to Make Neem Juice-
To make neem juice recipe | healthy neem juice | weight loss, detox neem juice | first choose and buy fresh neem leaves. Ensure that the leaves are fresh, dark green in colour and devoid of any cuts, spots or blemishes. It’s better to purchase leaves which are attached to the stem so that they have a better shelf life.

Destem the leaves and take around 1 cup of neem leaves to make Neem Juice.

Clean and wash the neem leaves with clean water.

Strain the water using a strainer and discard the water.

Place the neem leaves in a mixer jar to make Neem Juice.

Add equal quantity of water. Add 1 cup of water for blending.

Blend in a mixer till smooth. This is how Green Neem Juice looks after blending.
