Tweet Recipe Description for Oats Moong Toast, Healthy Oats Toast Soaking time: 1 to 2 hoursPreparation Time: 15 minsCooking Time: 15 mins Makes 8 toasts (32 pieces) Show me for toasts (32 pieces) Ingredients For The Topping1/2 cup green moong dal (split green gram) , soaked and drained1 1/2 cups roughly chopped coriander (dhania)1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies1 1/2 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp baking powder2 pinches sugar salt to tasteOther Ingredients For Oats Moong Toast8 whole wheat bread slices1 1/2 tsp olive oil for brushing and cooking Method For the toppingCombine all ingredients with approx. ½ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth paste.Transfer the paste into a bowl and divide it into 8 equal portions.
