Recipe Description for Pasta Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups cooked fusilli
1/4 cup blanched , peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp finely chopped black olives
1 processed cheese cube , cut into 6 pieces

To Be Mixed Together Into A Basil Vinaigrette
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

Method
  1. Combine the fusilli, tomatoes, walnuts, olives, prepared basil vinaigrette and salt and toss well.
  2. Add the cheese cubes and mix lightly.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
