  4. Mix well and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till jagger melts.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder.
  8. Mix well so that the elaichi powder flavour gives the ladoo a lovely taste.
  9. Add the finely crushed roti.
  10. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  11. Transfer to a plate to cool. 
  12. Make into 7 ladoos.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Store in an airtight container in a fridge.
