4 raw bananas
oil for shallow frying

To Be Mixed Into Wet Masala
1 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil

To Be Mixed Into Dry Masala
1/4 semolina (rava / sooji)
1/4 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
salt to taste

Method
For raw banana fry

  1. To make raw banana fry, cut the head and top of the raw banana and peel them.
  2. Cut each raw banana into 4 to 5 slightly thick slices.
  3. Coat each slice in the prepared wet masala and then into dry masala from both the sides.
  4. Heat oil in a broad pan, place the coated banana slices.
  5. Shallow fry on medium flame for 5 minutes on both the side until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve the raw banana fry hot.
