The mathris are too easy to make and very tasty. But I have a question. The mathris are quite sof in the middle. What could be the reason? Where did I go wrong ? Please suggest

Hi Rajwant, one os the reason could be uneven rolling, the mathris need to be rolled out equally. Also, you can increase the baking time for 5 minutes and check if they are evenly bakes.
