1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
3/4 cup chilled butter cubes
salt to taste

2 cups chopped dark compound chocolate
3/4 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
sea salt (khada namak) for sprinkling
