  1. Heat approx. ¾ cup of water in a deep non-stick pan, add the buckwheat and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Transfer the cooked buckwheat into a deep bowl, add the almond milk and whisk well.
  3. Add the honey and mix well.
  4. Top it with the chopped apples evenly over it.
  5. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.

  3. Add salt to taste. We added xx tsp salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
