1 1/2 cups carrot cubes (unpeeled)
1 1/2 cups beetroot cubes
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)
crushed ice for serving

  1. Add the carrot cubes, beetroot cubes, parsley and celery a few at a time in the hopper.
  2. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  3. Serve immediately.

Carrots and Beetroot aren't exactly my favourite ingredients for juice, but I made this one for its health properties! the celery and parsley definitely add to the taste of the beverage. Easy to make on a regular basis. thanks.
