If I''m not mistaken, quick-cooking rolled oats are low in fibre, hence not good for diabetics. Steel-cut oats are the ones which are high in fibre.

   True in comparison to steel cut oats, quick cooking rolled oats are low in fiber. But its a healthier alternative to maida or rice flour. You can use your creativity to make steel cut oats delicacies.
