Ingredients


For Bean Sprout Soup
1 cup thinly sliced red capsicum
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

For bean sprout soup

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}bean sprout soup, capsicum, onion and bean sprouts soup{/span}, heat the oil in a wok/ kadhai; add the onions and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the red capsicum and bean sprouts and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add 3 cups of hot water and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Switch off the flame, add the pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Serve the {span class="bold1"}bean sprout soup, capsicum, onion and bean sprouts soup{/span} immediately garnished with coriander.
